5RH enjoy visit from IFA
Year 5 enjoyed a visit from Daniel, an IFA coach who was inviting us to some different workshops on offer over the summer break.
Making Music in 5RH
Year 5 enjoyed making some music using BoomWhackers, colourful pipes that play different pitches/notes when hit.
We learned about placing notes on the treble clef staff and matched them to the BoomWhacker colours.
5RH Class Kit Design
As we approach the end of the year, 5RH thought about how we have been a brilliant team this year. We were tasked to design a class jersey that represented our class motto "to be kind and work hard".
Some lovely ideas here Year 5!
5RH visit Hillsborough Castle
5RH enjoyed their visit to Hillsborough castle. What beautiful gardens. We enjoyed walking the Kingfisher trail before visiting the house in the hope of being offered a job as a servant.
5RH Visit Megaw
Year 5 enjoyed a trip to Megaw Park today as a reward from Mrs Jamison for their participation and success in the Choral Speaking competition.
