Mondays - Miss Graham
Thursdays - Mrs Getty
Please make your payment for Term 1B on the school app.
This term. Y6FG's topic is titled 'Hunger'. As part of this, they have been learning about the Great Irish Famine and reading the novel 'Under The Hawtorn Tree' by Marita Conlon-Mckenna. The class had a go at building their own famine cottages using junk materials. These are now proudly displayed in our foyer!
We had a fabulous time at our half term disco. We busted some moves and got a sweet treat afterwards. What a great way to end our first 9 weeks in Year 6. Mrs Getty and Miss Graham wish you all a lovely break.
