Ditch the Dark Day was held in school on Friday 24th October. This Sustrans and Eco- Schools initiative is to raise awareness of Road Safety and making sure that you wear bright, reflective clothing in the darker mornings and evenings in Autumn and Winter. Also to check that your bicycle and scooter is visible. The boys and girls in Mrs Murphy’s class enjoyed coming to school wearing additional bright, fluorescent items of clothing and decorating his/ her bicycle and scooter. Well done everyone for your interest and participation in Ditch the Dark Day!
