Year 7 enjoyed a fantastic workshop learning all about World War 2. We started by learning some interesting facts about the war and then the children had an opportunity to handle various World War 2 artefacts including weapons, medals, soldier uniforms, gas mask and artillery items to name a few. The children then designed their own badge and also practised drill manoeuvres. The children had fun learning more about the war through handling the different artefacts.
