Mental health activities in Y7NT

Y7NT have enjoyed taking part in lots of activities to promote good mental health. This has ranged from being active outside with the parachute to learning breathing exercises to relax and take away stress. Rosie has also helped us with our breathing exercises! We enjoyed taking part in a quiz as well as playing games for some of our Take 5 activities. Finally today we watched a video on Autism and read a story to raise awareness so we may give more of our time and patience to those with autism.
