On Tuesday 14th April our girls’ hockey team made an early start as they travelled to Stormont Playball to participate in the McCloy Cup final. Rain couldn’t dampen our team’s spirit as they battled it out against a tough group of schools. After a couple of tricky games, the girls surged back with a decisive 3-0 win and narrowly missed out on a place in the next round. Well played girls! Our thanks to Miss Rennie for coaching our team and to everyone who came out to support us. Thanks also to Ulster Hockey for organising such a well-run tournament.
