Year 7 have been looking at different musical instruments during music. We have been listening to pieces of music composed during World War 2 and noting the instruments used within the piece. We made a plan of how we could create our own musical instruments and discussed the resources which would make the best sounds. Today we created our instruments from recycled materials such as bottles, tissue boxes and pringle tubes, and played them together to explore their sound.
