Year 7 enjoyed revising their 2D shapes today. They started by using one of our Twinkl resources as a warm-up activity. In this activity they used coordinates to make and identify 2D shapes. We then recapped on all the 2D shapes that we know. Then we worked in pairs to go on a shape hunt outside in our school grounds, we used an iPad to take photos of 2D shapes that we could find. When we were finished we put our photos into a PicCollage which we labelled with the correct shape name. The children enjoyed revising their 2D shapes in this way.
