Ballymoney Model IPS complete the Mini London Marathon

Last week our whole school took part in the Mini London Marathon for Schools as part of our Take 5 'Be Active' programme of events. Pupils were asked to walk, jog or run either 1000metres or 2 miles. Year 6 had an absolutely fantastic time at Airtastic Inflatable Park. They threw themselves into every challenge, conquering the climbing wall, taking on the free fall, battling it out on the demolition ball, racing through the epic obstacle course and even tackling the mighty volcano. We now have a group of very red faced, very tired and very happy Year 6s who made the most of every minute....
