Yesterday our class enjoyed a wonderful Diversity Day focused on the vibrant culture of India.
We were lucky to welcome a special guest that shared stories about her life in India and told us about traditional food, music, clothing and dance.
The children loved joining in! We all had a go at Indian dancing, tried on beautiful traditional clothing, and explored the colours and patterns of Indian art.
The creativity and smiles in the room were amazing to see!
A huge thank you to our visitor for bringing the sights, sounds and spirit of India to our classroom. It was a joyful day of learning, celebration, and togetherness!
