Tag Rugby

Well done to all pupils who participated in the Tag Rugby tournament today. Despite the extreme weather conditions all pupils played brilliantly, scoring many tries during each match. After a tough group stage competing against three other school, the team stayed strong and won their way to the final. With great teamwork and communication, Ballymoney Model IPS walked away with 2nd place. 
What a brilliant outcome and thank you to the organisers at The Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre for a terrific tournament. 

Futsal

On Monday our boys and girls futsal teams travelled to Coleraine University to compete in a tournament with other local schools. 
The boys played exceptionally well to finish 2nd in their group. 
The girls team made it the whole way to the final and won the tournament. The girls will now compete in a finals tournament in March. 
We are very proud of both teams who represented our school and thank you to IFA for hosting a brilliant day. 

Girls Football

What an outstanding day our girls football team had at SCORE this week. All girls played exceptionally well and were delighted to win the tournament. I could not be more proud of the girls who represented our school with fantastic attitudes and sportsmanship.
